Bridge Consulting has implemented a responsive web application which can be used by standard or mobile browsers to book car parks close to some major Italian airports.

The application, commissioned by a market leader in the management of automated short-, medium- and long-stay car parks, allows parking to be booked in advance of the flight date and is integrated with parking management software to provide real-time information on availability of parking places.

Bookings made via the airport website are eligible for a series of promotions, in addition to the benefits of prepayment.

The application provides backoffice functionality for managing a affiliated users and setting tariffs, allowing differentiation according to car park and user groups, defining promotions with and without promotional codes, mailing list management and black listing for marketing campaigns.

The backoffice offers integration with some airlines for automatic import of bookings as well as integration with enterprise accounting systems for payment.

The system is a “single-page application” which makes use of HTML5, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as AngularJS, Bootstrap and Spring Framework to maximize usability and providethe user with a unique, engaging experience.
